    Thanks Diane!
We had a similar dinner tonight. I think we did eat the whole pan!
We look forward to your visit!

We just fixed a large wok of your fresh veggies in a stir fry. It was just delicious. I must have included at least six different greens along with canola oil, salt and pepper, and a little soy sauce. Wow, I could eat the entire pan! Also, thank you for including the eggs I requested. I will leave $3.00 in our box when we return it. Love the newsletter too! I told Mom that we will plan a visit to the farm to see the entire process. I will be in touch. Thank you for all you do to make our eating a whole lot healthier!!

Saw that you use high tunnels. Where did you purchase them? We are considering them too.
Your help would be appreciated. We are transitioning a 25 yr old strawberry farm to organic.
    Any help appreciated.

      Hi Kay,

      Sorry for the late response.
We bought the pipes, (the kind you use for dog kennels) and bent them with our friends home made pipe bender. They are held in the ground with re-bar. The plastic is from a greenhouse supplier.
This was the second year with the same plastic and it looks like it will make it for another. We have really enjoyed it.
Good luck with your organic transition!
